We are a new, people-first party. We keep our structure lean and volunteer-driven - so our energy and resources go to the ground, not to overhead. We are starting in Karnataka, and we are built to grow, state by state, to the national level.
How We Are Organized
A small core team coordinates the party, while a growing network of volunteers does the work on the ground. Every unit follows one common Constitution and Code of Conduct, and decisions are taken as close to the people as possible.

Our Principles
- One rulebook: a single Constitution and Code of Conduct binds every member and unit.
- Internal democracy: roles are filled by election, with fixed terms and term limits.
- Decentralized decisions: local matters are decided locally; higher levels handle only wider issues.
- Transparency: accounts and decisions are open and published.
- Volunteers, not overhead: we reimburse real expenses, not salaries, and concentrate effort where we can win.

How We Grow
We start strong in Karnataka, replicate the same simple unit district by district, and - as more states come on board - the State Conveners form a National Council and elect a national leadership. Same roles, same rulebook, simply more of us.
